ALAN LIM

Alan has more than 30 years of experience in the building and real estate industry. In his stints with Singapore and Australia Asset Management companies, he worked collaboratively with project consultants and property owners in the construction and management of buildings and infrastructure from the design stage to post construction stage which included condominiums, shopping complexes, industrial buildings, hotels, serviced residences and offices. Being an accredited member with ASM, Alan’s area of specialisation in strata development management involves matters related to the real estate, building management and construction sector.

CHIA FOON YEOW

Foon Yeow has been in private legal practice in Singapore for more than 30 years. He is currently a partner in a local law firm handling mainly dispute resolution matters. He represents corporate bodies and individuals in the Supreme Court and the State Courts, in arbitration and mediation proceedings and in adjudications under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act. He has also advised and acted as counsel in proceedings before the Strata Titles Board for clients on matters relating to the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act.

KELVIN WONG

Kelvin has more than 26 years of experience covering Architecture and Project Management including developing and implementing complex infrastructures on wide range of commercial, institutional, hospitality and residential projects in Singapore. He is currently a registered Architect with the Board of Architects, and he is also a design for safety professional. As Head of Property Development with property developer, he led the project team members, stakeholders, end users, facility management team and business partner at various stages of the project. He also oversees the property development business and leading the team to conduct market research for new developments, trend analysis marketing, publicity management and facility management.

WILLIAM TAN
CSC(PM), SMO, AAPFM, CPFM

William has 29 years of experience in the project management and building construction industry and actively engages our clients in providing human resources and IT services. His experience and expertise add significant values to the strength of our clients’ assets. Given his track record and an accredited member with APFM, he contributes great value to the close corporate partnership with our clients.

OneSg Holding Pte Ltd was started in 2020 by likeminded dedicated specialists who are committed in providing our MCST Councils and residents with wide array of building solutions that customize to the estate’s need.

We value the trust and confident our client has given us and shall endeavour to uphold that trust should we be appointed as Managing Agent for MCST.
