Foon Yeow has been in private legal practice in Singapore for more than 30 years. He is currently a partner in a local law firm handling mainly dispute resolution matters. He represents corporate bodies and individuals in the Supreme Court and the State Courts, in arbitration and mediation proceedings and in adjudications under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act. He has also advised and acted as counsel in proceedings before the Strata Titles Board for clients on matters relating to the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act.
WILLIAM TAN
CSC(PM), SMO, AAPFM, CPFM
William has 29 years of experience in the property and project management in building construction industry and actively engages our clients in providing human resources and IT services. His experience and expertise add significant values to the strength of our clients’ assets. Given his track record and an accredited member with APFM, he contributes great value to the close corporate partnership with our clients. William is a full time registered DPO for the company.
LAM KEAN TENG
ACCA, LCCI, ATP, MIA, PBA
KT Lam is a ACCA chartered accountant with more than 10 years of experience covering full set of accounting works, audit and tax advisory. In his earlier years, he worked as Audit Senior in mid-tier firm before focusing on computerised accounting systems, tax computation, tax planning and authority submission. He is currently overseeing and managing MCST accounting operations under ONESG management. KT is also a fully trained on financial analysis skill (FP&A). Mr. Lam is also a full time registered DPO (Finance)
